Sajid Kadri did his MIS and MPA (USA) and worked for 8 years in different organizations in the USA. He has experience working for corporate America as well as working in the public sector (State Government, USA). During his professional career in the USA he worked with six different organizations holding a couple of senior positions and did a number of projects that included, Call Center and Help Desk establishment, Systems Administration, IT- Systems Development, Corporate and Mass Training

.In the USA he successfully carried out projects that included: Operation Management, Project Management, developing Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures, and establishment and implementation of Change Management system. He also headed projects that included Business Process Re-engineering and Process implementation.

After returning to Pakistan in 2002 he focused in establishing Call Centers and helped develop call Center industry in Pakistan. He and his team have established a number of Call Centers in Pakistan. He established a centralized home delivery (food) system for a multinational company.

He is also the pioneer of establishing Call Center Agents Training programs in Pakistan. He has personally trained the largest number of Customer Services personnel in Pakistan and has also trained many in Time Management. His company has carried out the most diverse and specialized domestic campaigns in Pakistan.

Mr. Kadri started his professional career by teaching in a College in the USA. Besides having a passion to teach he conducted seminars and work shops. He has been involved in Hiring and Training of thousands of individuals in USA and Pakistan.

He is well traveled and has published articles on different IT and Management related issues. In Pakistan his articles have also appeared in Computer world and Pakistan Economist. He has written a few Training manuals. The latest of his work is in “Customer Services” and “Relationship Management”.

He takes great interest in Politics and current affairs. He has done public speaking and a couple of TV commercials. He has also appeared in a few TV talk shows to share his expertise in IT, HR Services, Call Centers, and Professional Trainings.

Ms. Aurangzeb holds dual degrees, Master of Sciences and Master of Computer Sciences. She also holds certificates in HRM. She has years of experience in Recruitment and induction for different organizations. She is also a co-trainer.

Dr. Nelofar has experience working in a psychiatric department of a Major Hospital in Karachi. She is a great asset to the company in evaluating the outcome of psychometric tests.

Mr. Noorani has an MBA, Finance from Clark University Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Mr. Noorani has worked with various reputable financial institutions. He was the Chief Executive Officer, Elixir Securities Pakistan formerly Credit Agricole Indosuez Securities Pakistan. He has also held several senior level positions in the following companies.

Dr. Nighat  earned her  Bachelors’ degree from Loyola University USA and her M.Sc degree from University of London, UK. She started her career as Medical Director of Welcome Pakistan now GlaxoSmithKline, and later launched their Training and Development services. Marketing and Sales was also added on to her responsibilities. She left Glaxo-Welcome from the position of its CEO. She has extensive experience in business and employee development.

Dr. Ali has vast experience in conducting Corporate Training. Seminars, and Lectures. She also has general Management experience in working with multinationals.

Baseer Sami has worked for multinationals, banks, local groups. Few of his clients in Pakistan, Dubai and Oman include: GSK, UBL, KAPCO, National Bank of Oman, Mashreq Bank, Msharie Group, Dubai Investments Group, Bukhatir Group, Lakson Tobacco, Adamjee Insurance, Saif Group of Companies, Orix Leasing, BP Pakistan, Novo Nordisk, Maersk Sealand, KASB Bank, Engro, Getzpharma, PSO, Shell Gas, PIA, Wateen Telecom and more.

Mr. Baseer’s specialization has been to study human behavior and find out the best ways to improve its efficiency. Mr. Baseer has trained around 4,500 executives who were entry level executives, middle managers and directors. He has also coached CEOs and Directors in Leadership style.

Mr. Baseer is a Northwestern University graduate.  He has also been a visiting faculty at IBA in the year 2001.

Mr. Ibrahim has been associated with the Information Technology industry since last 9 years and he has worked in the capacity of IT Manager and Technical Manager of some of the big names in Pakistan. He has started his career as Network Engineer and gained experience in the field of computer networking and system administration. He has worked for a well reputed 100 seats Call Center as Technical Manager which has given him a chance to understand the working procedure of a Call Center and to learn about the new and upcoming technologies in the field of Information Technology.

Mr. Balouch is currently serving as Head of Call Center at CATCOS, Inc. He brings with him years of Customer Service experience related to Domestic and International Call Center industry coupled with Master in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) which provides him an edge to understand the global industry of Customer Services and Marketing. Mr. Balouch started his career with a well known Call Center based in Lahore, and later took on assignments in Karachi, Pakistan.

His roles have included being Manager Operations and Customer Services in some of the well known organizations. His skills set are very unique and the most important aspect of his over all experience is that he is a very good motivator and leader which help him to keep his team up and running in lean times. He brings with him administrative, management and sales expertise and is a key resource in establishing CATCOS, Inc a motivated team of highly skilled Customer Service Executives who are always ready and willing to help valued customers.
